The bill (Reg. No. 2369) aimed at setting legal guarantees for providing effective work of the Higher Qualification Commission of Judges (HQCJ) and the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine (SJA) by specifying on legislative level the tasks of the HQCJ Secretariat, legal status of the HQCJ and the SJA.

The bill suggests amendments to article 98 of the Law “On the Court System and the Status of Judges”, and to articles 6 and 46 of the Law “On State Service.”
